For all orders made on www.bernadea.com, packages are normally prepared within 72 hours of receipt of payment. We process orders from Monday to Friday. We will ship your order within 3 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times then depend on the delivery method chosen.

Products available for sale can be delivered to mainland France and the following countries: Germany, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, French Guyana, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries.

Deliveries will be made to the address entered when placing the order.

international deliveries: We deliver to many other countries, the delivery costs will be indicated on the delivery choice page. Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the EEC zone may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties, which must be paid on delivery. These customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, who will have to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.
